Smith County School System

If your child is involved in football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, band, dance, cheerleading, golf, etc... they MUST have a current physical of file, prior to participating in practice or games for the 25-26 school year.

We appreciate Highpoint Health partnering with Smith County Schools to provide this service free of charge for all of our athletes!
