Traci Bratcher graduated from Smith County High School in 1991. She began working at the Central Office in July of 2006. She earned her Associate of Arts in Business in 2008 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2010. Upon completion of this degree Traci became the Human Resources Director and handles onboarding, employee benefits, work comp, board policy and numerous other HR responsibilities.
