Hey y'all! My name is Callie Ashtin Butler and I am in the 8th grade at Union Heights Elementary. My parents are Chad and Ashley Boyce and Justin and Lisa Butler. I have been going to UHS since 6th grade. While at UHS I have made the accomplishments of being in the National Junior Beta Club, being on the basketball team, and getting 2nd place for both county and state for the Amvets Essay Contest. My hobbies include riding horses, working around our farm, and hanging out with family and friends. My favorite memory while being at UHS is the lock-in we did for basketball. The thing I will miss the most is the teachers. I am attending Smith County High School and I look forward to meeting new people. My future plans after high school is to attend college to become a pediatric nurse. My words of encouragement for the future graduates of UHS is “when things get hard, don't give up!”
