This year the Smith County Schools Youth Sports Physicals will be held at the Smith County Ag Center. They will be held April 29, 30 and May 1, 2. from 2:30 pm until 6:00 pm each day. Students will be getting the forms for parents to fill out before they go to the Ag Center for the physical. All forms must be filled out before you arrive.
