Managers Plan Menu tomorrow is Mini Burgers and Fries

Reminder: Our hybrid schedule begins tomorrow. All Pre-K-2nd graders report to school tomorrow along with the 3-8th grade Red Team members.

Monday, November 30th will be 8th grade Night for our Basketball Players and Cheerleaders. Gate opens at GHS at 5:00pm. Event will be between the B Team and Varsity games.

FRS Varsity Boys & Girls play in the Tournament Championship Game Thurs.

There will be no school for students on Tuesday, November 3, due to FRS being an election voting site.

The Smith Co. Health Department is having a drive thru flu clinic Tuesday the 27th from 3-6 at Crump-Paris Park.

Cookie Pickup will be on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 28th beginning at 2:00.

Red Ribbon Week


Costumes
Autumn and Halloween celebrations at FRS will be on Friday, October 30, 2020. Please keep in mind that your child’s costume must comply with the regular school dress code. If your child comes to school and is not dressed in accordance with the school dress code, he or she will be required to change clothes. Please make sure that your child can go to the restroom in their costume with no assistance from an adult.
Parade
Due to the current Covid regulations, visitors will not be allowed in the building for the parade or parties. However, I will Facebook Live stream the costume parade so that you can view it from home.
Party Snacks
In order to comply with our Covid regulations, all party snacks must be store bought individually wrapped items.
Some good options include:
pudding, jello, fruit, or ice cream cups
Go gurt
String Cheese
Individual bags of chips, pretzels, animal crackers, cheez its, cookies, or popcorn
Rice Krispy Treats
Little Debbie Cakes
Granola Bars or Bags of Muffins
Juice boxes, hug barrels, or juice bags
Small bottles of water

There will be a county wide drive thru flu vaccination clinic.
Weekly drive thru flu clinics at the health department will be:
Tuesdays 2-4 pm
Fridays 2-4 pm
