New Middleton School will be having Pre-K and Kindergarten registration on May 22 from 8:00-3:00 by appointment only. To make your appointment, please click the links below. Times will be scheduled every 20 minutes.
When you click on the link below, the calendar will appear as a white screen. In the middle of the screen, select the blue link that says "Next available appointment slot on May 22, 2020". If the time slot is gray, it is available; If it is blue, it is already taken.
Pre-K:
Kindergarten:
There are 4 links available for kindergarten registration. If the time you want to sign up for is already taken, please click on the next link. (example: You want to schedule 8:00 but when you click on time slot 1, you find that someone has already signed up for that time. You can still possibly get 8:00 if you click on time slot 2 to see if 8:00 is available, and so forth. In other words, there are 4 time slots available for each time). Please, only sign up for one time slot.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 15 in order to start school during the 2020-2021 school year.
It is very important to register for the school your child will be attending
Please bring the following information when registering your child:
Birth Certificate
Tennessee Certificate of Immunization
Physical Examination (conducted by August 1, 2020)
Proof of Smith County residency (utility or tax statement)
Proof of custody if the child does not live with one or both natural parents
Students may register for Kindergarten without required documentation; however, students must have documentation to begin school in August.
